Welcome to Rocky Mountain Accountable Health Network, a qualified Accountable Care Organization (ACO). An ACO is set up by a group of health care providers who believe that by working together, they will be able to provide better care to you.The goal of an ACO is for your doctors or primary care physicians to communicate closely with your other healthcare providers, so they can deliver a high-quality care that meets your individual needs and preferences.

Rocky Mountain Accountable Health Network, located in Billings, Montana, is a network of physicians and healthcare professionals who have a long history of serving this community and providing high quality and affordable care. Rocky Mountain Accountable Health Network's goal is to be distinguished as the premier person-centered health system and trusted partner.

Our patients should know that:

  • The ACO doctors and other providers will communicate with each other to provide coordinated care.
  • Doctors participating in this program will have more information about Medicare Fee For Service patient's medical conditions, prescriptions and other use of healthcare services enabling them to provide the right care at the right time.
  • Patient's providers are responsible for providing high quality health care and coordination.
  • Patients will be in the center of care, and your doctors will be better able to keep you informed, and to keep listening and honoring your choices.

ACO Participation Waiver

Rocky Mountain Accountable Health Network, Inc. (RMAHN) has entered into the following contractual arrangements related to its participation as an accountable care organization (ACO) in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and for which it intends to qualify for the ACO Participation Waiver:

Management Services Agreements.
1. Management Services Agreement, which is between RMAHN and St. Vincent Healthcare, provides for various administrative and professional services to the ACO. These services include operations support, services of a Compliance Officer, services of a Medical Director, and data analytics tools and population health software to support RMAHN's participation in the MSSP. (Effective date 1/1/2016).

2. Management Services Agreement, which is between RMAHN and Rocky Mountain Health Network, LLC, provides for various administrative and professional services to the ACO. These services include services of an Executive Director; finance services; and analytics, administrative and special projects services to support RMAHN's participation in the MSSP. (Effective date 1/1/2016).
